Each fabric we supply goes through a strict quality check by multiple hands, ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free prints, and undamaged and unworn fabrics in Niharikaa Fabrics House.
Return & Exchange
In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange a full or partial order either because the order is not as per the specifications or the product does not meet the desired expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending an email at niharikaadesigner@gmail.com with your order number in subject, an image of the specific areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days of receipt of order. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in clauses 1 and 2.
Defective or damaged products.
Policy & Refund
In all instances of returns covered under clause 1.2, the customer shall receive a full refund. Discounts are based on a pro-rata basis for bulk orders over INR 15000 and shall be applied to the net value of the order following return. Niharikaa Fabrics will arrange pickup at the delivery address of your order. The pickup address must be the same as the shipping address. In case our logistics partner is not able to cover the pick-up location, the customer shall return the package by India Post, and share a scanned copy of the receipt via email/ Whatsapp. Niharikaa Fabrics shall refund shipping charges as per the India Post receipt.
All refunds are by default processed as gift cards of equivalent value which a customer can use to buy products on www.niharikaafabrics.in for 6 months. In case a customer chooses otherwise, the refund can be transferred back into source (pre-paid) or bank account (Cash-On-Delivery).
Covered as defective or damaged.
Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked
The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable
The structure is loosely woven in part or all areas, or the weave is damaged or torn
Weight per meter varies by more than 25%
Not covered by defects or damage
Color reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.
Some particular types of fabric suffer from inherent color bleeding after a few washes. Instructions for each such fabric is clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Any fabric ordered below 2 meters of measurement doesn’t qualify for return.
Exchange
Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.
Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.
Conditions for Returning Products
The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with its original packaging.
When The Customer Changed His/ Her Mind, or Did Not Like the Product
Refund Policy
In all such instances when a customer changes their mind, or the fabrics didn’t meet their set expectations, and wishes to return part or whole of the order, Niharikaa Fabrics shall accept the returns, given that the returned products qualify the conditions mentioned in clause 2.2. In such cases, the customer shall bear the full shipping charges, and there shall be no reverse pick-up facility to avail. The refund shall be processed within 5-7 days from the date of receipt of returned order back at the shipping source.

Cancelled
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through email within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back to the requested bank account.
You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number.
You can cancel the order by calling us on the customer care number.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
