We want you to love your purchase from Niharikaa Fabrics. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our hassle-free return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Defective/damaged items received

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Significant color/quality mismatch (note: slight screen variations are normal)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cut fabrics (sold by meter/yard)

  • Custom/made-to-order pieces

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products without original tags/packaging

2. Return Timeframe

  • 7 days from delivery date

  • Pre-approved returns only (contact us first)

3. Return Process

Step 1: Notify us within 7 days
→ Email support@niharikaafabrics.in with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of issue

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for approval
→ We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

Step 3: Ship back the item
→ Use secure packaging with original tags intact
→ Include the original invoice copy

Step 4: Receive refund
→ After quality check (3-5 business days), refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Details

  • Full refund: For defective/wrong items (includes return shipping)

  • Partial refund: For non-defective returns (original shipping charges deducted)

  • Store credit option: Available if preferred

5. Exchanges

  • Subject to product availability

  • Customer bears exchange shipping costs

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
